  1. Emotions are not Permanent.That’s why they are called ’emotions’ meaning motion, movement. They move from one to another and we continually change. This moment we are sad; this moment we are happy; this moment angry and that moment compassionate. This moment we are loving, another moment full of hatred; the morning was beautiful, the evening is ugly. And this goes on but this cannot be our nature, because all these changes something is needed like a thread to hold all of them together. These emotions are like the flowers of a garland. There must be a thread otherwise we would have fallen apart.. Like the thread, there is something PeRmaNenT in all of Us !
