I have learned over the years that being angry with someone hurts me more than it hurts the person I am angry with. Pent up anger becomes resentment, resentment turns into a grudge, and a grudge turns into a cancer that will eat away your soul. It is best for you and the person you are angry with if you clear the air, and inform them why you are angry. Do not expect them to read your mind and know why you are angry.
