Thought for the Day
“Old friends pass away, new friends appear.
It is just like the days.
An old day passes, a new day arrives.
The important thing is to make it meaningful:
a meaningful friend – or a meaningful day.”
~ Dalai Lama

Happy Anniversary Susan
Quote of the Day
If fame were based on kindness instead of popularity,
on understanding and not on worldwide attention,
you would be the biggest celebrity on earth.
And to my heart, you already are.
~Author Unknown~
Thought of the Day
I know a woman, I have know her for nearly 22 years now. The quote of the day fits her, and when I first read it, it was her that I thought of first. On July 25 of this year we celebrated 21 years of marriage. If you knew me you would also realize that makes her an incredibly strong woman too. With patience and love she has endured much with me, and for that I am grateful.
Happy anniversary Susan, I love you.

Todays Thought, Be a Friend
Thought for Today
“Be courteous to all, but intimate with few,
and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence.
True friendship is a plant of slow growth,
and must undergo and withstand the shocks of adversity
before it is entitled to the appellation.”
~George Washington ~
